BACKGROUND:

March 11^th is a day set aside by Congress to pay tribute to funeral directors and morticians across the country. These professionals are licensed and studied in the field of mortuary science. Moreover, they are skilled in professional guidance and compassion. The City of Farmers Branch is issuing a Proclamation to honor and thank these professionals who consider a family's every need during the most challenging time in people’s lives.
