Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-032 authorizing the purchase of three (3) heating and air conditioning units for the Community Recreation Center Gym from Trane U.S., Inc. through Buyboard in the amount of $75,188; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
The current heating and air conditioning for the Community Recreation Center gym located at 14050 Heartside Place has five (5) of the seven (7) units failing. The Facilities Department has budgeted for the replacement of these essential items in the fiscal year 2023-2024 budget.
DISCUSSION:
The Facilities Department evaluated the quote received and determined the heating and air condition units from Trane U.S., Inc. best meet the specifications needed. The quote was obtained through BuyBoard in the amount of $75,188.
