Arts in Public Spaces
Staff is working on an embedded map for all the City’s public art with locations, pictures, and artists noted. The City’s inventory of public art is located on the Arts and Culture web page under Public Art.
Artist Outreach
The links on the web page have been redirected to the artists inquiry form.
Grant Making and Funding
There is no set budget and no TIFF funds. Some funding for installations and reception items are available. Staff would like to request a list of events where items might be needed.
Festivals and Contests
Attached is an updated traffic signal box map for review; it was suggested at the January 17, 2024 Arts and Culture Committee meeting that the chosen location of Valley View Lane and Bee Street be updated to Valley View Lane and Tom Field. Staff will be present to answer any questions. Installation to follow location approval.
