Body

Staff is working on updating the web page and has purchased the domain name artsandculturefbtx.com.  As mentioned in previous reports, staff is working on an embedded layered map where visitors will be able to see locations of art pieces, electrical/traffic signal boxes, and street sign toppers.

Staff will post Art in the City on social media channels once per month, based on submissions received from Committee members.  Submissions are due to Historical Cultural Specialist, Bonnie Neumann using the attached form by the 15th of each month.

The Hello Farmers Branch e-newsletter is a Parks and Recreation/Arts and Culture newsletter that will hi-light Arts and Culture as submissions are received.  Submissions should include art pieces for the Art Corner, artists for the Artist Spotlight, programs, and events. Submissions are due to Historical Cultural Specialist, Bonnie Neumann using the attached form by the 15th of each month.   The Arts and Culture logo has been added with a hyperlink to the Arts and Culture web page.  The Artists Exchange and Street Sign Toppers were hi-lighted in the February issue.

Staff will be present to discuss the welcome letter to businesses within the Mustang Station Arts and Culture District.
