BACKGROUND:
The DFW Directors Association annually recognizes the best-in-class for a variety of categories. Deborah Hull, a longtime volunteer for The Branch Connection, was awarded the 2024 Supreme Service Award.
This award is open to volunteers, seasonal, and administrative staff and recognizes an individual who has gone “Above and Beyond the Call of Duty” by making an outstanding contribution to the field of public parks and recreation.
Deborah Hull is a volunteer at The Branch Connection. She has been a dedicated volunteer at The Branch Connection since 2012. She has served on the Senior Advisory Board for six and a half years as the Senior Advisory Board Chair. The community greatly appreciates her leadership, willingness, and contributions.
Serving as the Senior Advisory Board Chair and on the Stakeholder Advisory Committee. Deborah Hull has given over 150 volunteer hours to The Branch Connection and the community. Her roles in volunteering serve in a broad range of events and programs such as our mixer, neglected history, monthly breakfast, game night, craft fair, Super Bowl live, Valentine's show, Fishin’ Fun, and Veterans Day celebration event. She was also heavily involved in the Senior Advisory Board amendment request and process for Ordinance No. 3076. Deborah Hull is always first to jump at any opportunity to serve our members and community in any way possible. She always shows her support for our City with a servant's heart, unquestionable passion, and willingness to do whatever is asked and does so with a smile.
