Provide a staff update on the compost survey

BACKGROUND:
Members of the Built and Natural Environment Subcommittee created a survey to gather data about the current behavior/awareness of composting and to identify what barriers exist to divert food waste from the landfill. The survey was released on January 24, 2024 and currently has 192 responses.
Once the survey is closed, staff will review the data and provide an update to the Sustainability Committee on the results of the survey.
