BACKGROUND:
With the current bleachers proposed to be replaced at the Recreation Center gym located at 14050 Heartside, flooring will also require updating due to the damage caused during the removal process. Funds have been budgeted for this purchase in the fiscal year 2023-2024 Facilities Department budget.
DISCUSSION:
The Facilities Department and Parks and Recreation Department have evaluated the quote received and determined the flooring by Ponder Company, Inc, meets the specifications needed. The quote was obtained through BuyBoard in the amount of $20,434.
