Arts in Public Spaces
Staff is working on an embedded map for all the City’s public art with locations, pictures, and artists noted. The City’s inventory of public art is located on the Arts and Culture web page under Public Art.
Artist Outreach
Artist Exchange wrap up notes to be presented.
Staff is working on redirecting the artist inquiry link to the correct web page.
Grant Making and Funding
Per the City Secretary’s Office, “A 501(c)(3) is a separate legal entity and would not legally be part of the City. The Arts & Culture Committee is a committee created and members appointed by the City Council and, therefore, would not be able to apply for a 501(c)(3).
Festivals and Contests
Staff is working on an embedded map with the electrical/traffic signal box locations, pictures of artwork, and artists noted.
Branch Arts Live flyer is being worked on with Rachael Johnson, Marketing Manager. Sunday, October 20, 2024 is being held for the event.
