Discuss the mailing of the Parks and Recreation Board agenda packet to the Board.

BACKGROUND:
Parks and Recreation staff will discuss with the Board the possibility of eliminating the mailing of the Board packet prior to each meeting. Staff is proposing to continue to send the packet electronically and provide a printed packet or agenda at each meeting if requested.
The reason for the change is to allow staff more time preparing content for agenda packets and less time on preparing hard copy packets that must be mailed to the Board.
This item is on the agenda just as a discussion topic. Staff is currently only seeking input at this time.
