BACKGROUND:
Staff will present the information regarding the maintenance of medians in the Oakbrook and Mercer subdivisions with the Council.
DISCUSSION:
The staff has discussed the maintenance of the Oakbrook and Mercer medians with the City Council at previous meetings. In preparation for the fiscal year 2025 budget, staff will present the maintenance costs and homeowner association contributions to the maintenance of the medians. Staff is seeking direction from the Council on what resources will need to be allocated to the maintenance of these medians for the fiscal year 2025.
