Discuss meeting times for the City Council study session meetings, regular meetings, and additional meetings outside the normal City Council meeting schedule.

BACKGROUND:
The City Council will discuss changing the meeting time for the Study Session portion of the Council meeting along with the regular portion of the Council meeting and determining the times of additional meetings held outside the normal City Council calendar.
Future City Council meetings to determine if dates and/or times should be changed include:
July 9 - Budget Retreat (half-day event)
August 27 - Budget Town Hall (currently scheduled as an evening event)
