BACKGROUND:
Representatives from the Trinity River Authority of Texas (TRA) will provide an update on the Upper Elm Fork Interceptor Rehabilitation and Replacement Program. The project includes the planned acquisition of an approximately 12.4-acre property at the southeast corner of Luna Road and Valley View Lane, to be used for material staging, construction trailers, and concrete production throughout the duration of the project.
