Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-132 authorizing the City Manager to deny an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the reconfiguration of Valley View Lane from Denton Drive to Nestle Drive; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
An initial presentation was provided to the City Council at the June 4, 2024, Study Session. The Council had some questions and concerns about the project. Staff made a second presentation during the July 16, 2024, Study Session to address the concerns heard from the City Council at the June meeting. The majority of the Council still had reservations about the project. As a result, this resolution has been created so that the Council can deny the funding agreement.
