Receive FY 2025 Budget update.

BACKGROUND:
Staff will discuss with the Board items in the proposed next fiscal year budget that will have direct effect on parks and recreation facilities and services.
The proposed budget includes some parks and recreation facility changes and the reduction in some special events. These changes emphasize the need to provide services at the highest priority times of residents while also continuing to be efficient with limited City resources.
