Receive an update on the Mercer Crossing area infrastructure and Mercer Park development.

BACKGROUND:
The Mercer Crossing Development, located on the west side of Farmers Branch, has been in various stages of construction, with numerous phases completed since its inception in 2017. Centurion American completed a development agreement for the various infrastructure items and park development.
DISCUSSION:
Staff will update the Council on the infrastructure improvements and park development being made by the developer Centurion American. The developer is completing sidewalk connections in areas around the Mercer Development that had been identified as needing to be addressed as development has occurred. Public Works staff has been working with the developer on these improvements, and they will provide an update on the progress of the improvements. Parks and Recreation staff will then review the items completed to the dedicated park with the Council as outlined in the development agreement.
Staff will also update the Council on the progress of an amendment to the agreement for some of the park improvements.
A representative from the Centurion American will be present to answer any questions.
