BACKGROUND:
CADG Mercer MM Holdings, LLC is the sole owner of a 6.28-acre tract of land located at the southeast corner of Wittington Place and Chartwell Crest. The applicant proposes to replat the property into 69 new residential lots and three common area lots and to dedicate easements necessary for a townhome development.
