BACKGROUND:
COG Dallas Homes III, LLC is the sole owner of an approximately 1.0-acre tract of land located at the southeast corner of Spring Valley Road and Vitruvian Way. The applicant proposes to subdivide the property into 19 new residential lots and one common area lot, and to dedicate easements necessary for a townhome development.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the final plat of The Station, Block A, Lots 1-19 and 20X.
