Consider the formation of a new subcommittee for special programs; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
This agenda item is to discuss The Branch Connection Game Night event. Moving forward, this agenda item will be listed to allow discussion for the new fiscal year Game Night event and discuss dates for when the Game Night event would evolve into a series or multiple social events versus the current one big event.
At the November 2024 meeting, it was decided that Game Night would be divided into three program series. The three months selected for this current fiscal year were March, July, and September.
The Game Night Event will be renamed under a new subcommittee since it is evolving into a series. Moving forward that new subcommittee will be added to the subcommittee agenda item.
