Carol has helped make Farmers Branch an outstanding City through her contributions as a City Council member, Board member, Carrollton-Farmers Branch Rotary International Club member, mentor for Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD school students, and member of the Farmers Branch Woman's Club.
