BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Skyway Classics, is requesting Specific Use Permit (SUP) approval to sublease an approximate 18,000 square foot area of the building located at 14805 Venture Drive for their vehicle sales business, which is focused on unique classic cars, antique cars, and exotic vehicles. The site is zoned Light Industrial (LI), which requires approval of an SUP for vehicle sales per the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO).

RECOMMENDATION:
On January 27, 2025, the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this request with the modification that language be added to Ordinance No. 3913, clarifying that no outside sales or storage of vehicles is permitted, including during business hours.
