BACKGROUND:
The Planning & Zoning Commission will join the City Council on a tour of various locations in Farmers Branch and the City of Richardson.
Tour location and times are outlined in Attachment 2 for reference of approximate time at each location. To meet Open Meeting Act requirements, the City Council, nor the Planning and Zoning Commission members will discuss City business while on the bus. City business will only be discussed upon arrival at each tour location.
