BACKGROUND:
On January 28, 2025, the Texas Public Pool Council awarded Margaret Young the Cindy Hallaran Distinguished Service Award at their yearly conference. The Cindy Hallaran Distinguished Service Award is given to an individual whose activities best represent unselfish devotion in service to the aquatics profession, as observed by Cindy Hallaran. This award is given to an individual recognized by the TPPC Board as having made significant contributions to the mission of TPPC. We are honored to present this award to Margaret Young.
