Receive Parks and Recreation Departmental Project Update.

BACKGROUND:
Staff will be present to provide an update on departmental projects:
1. Joya Park
a. Fence is complete. Leaving the project status map soon.
2. Dutch Village Playground Replacement
a. Staff is moving forward to secure funding for the playground equipment. This item will be considered by City Council on March 4, 2025.
3. John F. Burke Nature Park
a. Construction of the outlook is still ongoing.
4. Mercer Park
a. Staff is still reviewing the financial impact of the proposed project implementation in one phase.
5. Squire Park
a. Staff is reviewing the financial impact of the proposed project and its feasibility. A public outreach program will be created and implemented soon.
b. Staff is open to suggestions for feedback.
6. The Branch Connection Renovation
a. The renovation is still in progress.
b. Generator installation is almost complete.
