Come Fly a Kite!
Bring your own kite from home to the Farmers Branch Historical Park and enjoy an afternoon soaring in the Park’s meadow. Take home instructions on how to make your own kite.

Denton Drive Live (Special Events)
Bringing the best in classic rock, zydeco, Latin fusion, and good ol’ blues with two bands featured nightly, this concert is the ideal way to enjoy live music in a beautiful park setting. There are also fun activities for the entire family along with food and drink available for purchase.

Lawn Games
Stop by the Dodson south lawn for a friendly game of washers, horseshoes, and giant pick up sticks. Bragging rights will be awarded. Why not make an afternoon of it and pack a picnic too?

Paint the Park (Rocks)

Christmas Tea Reservations
Reservations begin Mon | Aug 12 | 8 a.m.
Join us for a morning/afternoon of live harp music, delectable treats, Christmas décor, and of course, tea.
Teas are Saturday:
December 7 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
December 14 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
$40 per person; $30 per Friend of the Farmers Branch Historical Park member; space is limited and pre-registration is required. To receive the discount please call 972.406.0184.
