The City Attorney has reviewed these items an has no additional changes.

Sec. 9.21. - Charter renumbering; administrative amendments.

Following further review, the City Attorney has provided corresponding language for Section 2.06 and recommends renumbering proposed Section 3.08 as Section 3.07, since Article III currently ends with Section 3.06. Both items remain pending Committee consideration on October 21.
