Artchella Summer Camp 2025 with Paloma: Under the Sea - Sold Out - Farmers Branch Historical Park
Get ready to unleash your inner artist and explore the wacky and wonderful world under the sea. This exciting camp is packed with hands-on art projects inspired by the ocean. From creating your own underwater masterpieces to designing your underwater dream house, there's something for every aspiring artist.

$250 per camper; space is limited and pre-registration is required. Price includes all materials, including snacks.

Independence Day Celebration - Community Events
Celebrate with your friends and family at the Farmers Branch Historical Park as we present a patriotic salute to our nation’s independence!
Our family-friendly Independence Day Celebration features a spectacular, low-level fireworks show, lots of great food and drinks, an amazingly fun and festive Kidzone, strolling characters, a high-energy, funky dance band to get you movin’ and groovin’ and an all-around patriotic vibe that celebrates and honors our community and our nation. Parking at 12300 Ford Road.

Free entry and early 6 entry (6 p.m.) for residents with a Firecracker Pass. $5 per person for non-residents.
Paint the Park: Rocks (make one, take one) - Farmers Branch Historical Park
Is there a budding artist in the family? Have them leave their mark by painting a rock in Mary's Garden at the Historical Park. Supplies provided.

Girls Make History Camp 2025 - Farmers Branch Historical Park
Join the Historical Park on an adventure to meet girls from the past who have shaped America! Experience the life of girls from early pioneer days, the Victorian Era, the Jazz Age, the nifty 50s, and ending with a celebration of the counterculture that made the 1970s so exciting! Camp activities include cooking, baking, specialty crafts, outdoor nature walks, and lots more. This award-winning camp will explore the impact girls have made throughout American history! A snack will be provided. Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, and hand sanitizer to camp each day. Price includes all materials. Camp will begin outdoors and rotate between several structures during the afternoon. Camper drop off and pick-up in the Historical Park parking lot.

Come Fly a Kite! - Farmers Branch Historical Park
Bring your own kite from home to the Farmers Branch Historical Park and enjoy an afternoon soaring in the Park’s meadow. Take home instructions on how to make your own kite.

Christmas Tea Reservations
Christmas Teas are a Historical Park tradition. Join us in Venue 1842 for live harp music, delectable treats, Christmas décor and of course, tea.

Classic Car Show & Local Fuel Pop-Up Coffee Shop
Take a step back in time and enjoy a classic car show featuring originals and restored to near original automobiles and trucks. Make a pit stop at our 1936 Texaco Service Station to fuel up for the day and with beverages and bites for purchase. Awards will be presented for Best of Class, Best of Show, and People’s Choice.
Sat | September 27 | 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. | classic vehicle entry begins at 8 a.m.
Gate Fee: Free to all spectators; Entry Fee: $25 for classic vehicle registration; pre-registration is recommended.
