Discuss and review new procedures for Library Advisory Board meeting minutes.

BACKGROUND: The Staff liaison will discuss new city-wide procedure for recording Board minutes. Starting in June, staff will be responsible for the minutes taken at each meeting. Board Secretaries can take notes, but those notes should be labeled as “Board Notes” and added to the Board packet as a supplemental document. The notes can remain part of the agenda packet, but they are not to be voted on; they can only be used as a supplemental document.
