BACKGROUND:
Jeff Civins, with Haynes & Boone, LLP will be present a regarding the status of the TCEQ investigations into the Town of Addison's water permit in reference to Farmers Branch Creek. Mr. Civins is a water rights attorney retained by the City of Farmers Branch for the purpose of examining the Town of Addison's water permit and how it is being used in relationship to Farmers Branch Creek and the Vitruvian development in Addison.
