Consider a request from Texas Dugan Limited Partnership for a Detailed Site Plan approval of a 5.548 acre site and take appropriate action. This site is located at 13951 Senlac Drive.

BACKGROUND:
Texas Dugan Limited Partnership proposes to develop a new office/warehouse building at this location. The new building contains approximately 93,000 square feet. This building will be one story and constructed of precast concrete panels.
 
This site is located within Planned Development District No. 22 (PD-22), which was established as a light industrial zoning district.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
City Staff recommends approval of the proposed Detailed Site Plan.
 
ACTIONS:
 
1.      Motion to Recommend APPROVAL of the Detailed Site Plan located at 13951 Senlac Drive.
2.      Motion to Recommend DENIAL of the Detailed Site Plan located at 13951 Senlac Drive.
3.      Motion to Recommend APPROVAL with MODIFICATIONS located at 13951 Senlac Drive.
4.      Motion to CONTINUE DISCUSSION on this case at the next meeting.
