The City Council will convene into closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney, and Section 551.074, Personnel, to seek legal advice from the City Attorney, to discuss and deliberate on the evaluation, duties, and discipline of councilmembers and the evaluation and processing of complaints under the City's Code of Ethics.
