Consider updating subcommittees of the Sustainability Committee; and take appropriate action

BACKGROUND:
The Sustainability Committee currently has three subcommittees: Built and Natural Environment, Communications, and Water Conservation.
In the October and November 2025 meetings, committee members discussed the elimination of the Communications and Water Conservation subcommittee. Members also discussed adding a subcommittee focused on zero waste initiatives.
Members can discuss which subcommittees they would like to add or eliminate for the Sustainability Committee.
