The City has a program to recognize employees for representing these values. We appreciate and recognize our employees’ hard work and efforts. Tonight, we recognize Kevin McCarthy of our Public Works Department as our Employee of the Month for February.
Kevin has been an integral part of our City since 1999, assisting in major City utility repairs and ensuring the safety of the City’s main lines. He consistently demonstrates his immense value to both the team and the community. His unwavering commitment to assisting and supporting his department and teammates is admirable. Furthermore, his willingness to extend this assistance to other departments showcases his dedication to helping others. Kevin's actions go beyond his Department, and he builds trust and respect throughout the organization and community.
