BACKGROUND:
At the June 4, 2013 Council meeting, City Council expressed their desire to change the start time of the regular City Council meetings from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
 
No change was made to the start time of Study Session meetings, which will still begin at 4:00 p.m.
DISCUSSION:
Attached is a resolution approving the change in the start time of the regular City Council meetings.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff Administration recommends approving Resolution No. 2013-042 changing the start time of regular City Council meetings from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
 
ACTIONS:
  1. Motion to approve Resolution No. 2013-042 changing the start time of regular City Council meetings from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  2. Motion to deny Resolution No. 2013-042 changing the start time of regular City Council meetings from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  3. Motion to modify to meet the needs of the Council.
  4. Motion to table the issue for further study or take no action.
