Body
BACKGROUND:
On September 2, 2014 the City Council approved a zoning amendment and Conceptual Site Plan for a 24 acre multi-family development located the northwest corner and eastern side of the intersection of Wittington Place and Senlac Drive (Ordinance No. 3300). This new development, proposed by the Billingsley Company, consists of 13 buildings and 861 dwelling units. The Billingsley Company proposed to develop this new community, to be named "The Brickyard", in two phases. This proposed 10.75 acre Detailed Site Plan is for the first phase of the Brickyard residential community.

The proposed Detailed Site Plan for Phase One is consistent with approved Conceptual Site Plan and Special Exceptions included within Ordinance No. 3300 and all other relevant City development standards.

RECOMMENDATION:
On October 13, 2014, the Planning & Zoning commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the proposed Detailed Site Plan as outlined in Resolution No. 2014-098.
