Staff will be present to discuss the City Manager's balanced budget and organizational funding requests related to the adoption of the Farmers Branch 2013-14 fiscal year budget and answer any questions. The Mayor and City Council are asked to bring their previously distributed Organizational Funding and Proposed City Budget to the work session.
