At the February 18, 2026, Charter Review Committee meeting, it was requested that the City Attorney perform research on the legal process for changing the structure of the Council and having an additional at-large vote.
DISCUSSION:
The City Attorney will provide information regarding changing the structure of the Council and having an additional at-large vote.
