BACKGROUND:
Committee members have volunteered at a number of city events in the past. In addition to events coordinated by the Public Works department, members have hosted tables at other city events to provide education and outreach to residents. Earlier this year, the committee expressed interest in tabling an event in the spring and fall.
This items allows for discussion and planning to participate in city events.
