BACKGROUND:
Francine Alix Gama Parker is the owner of a 0.38 acre tract of land located at the southwest corner of Richland Avenue and Bee Street. The property is presently part of Lot 33 of North Dallas Truck Farmers Addition, originally platted in 1941. The owner desires to re-plat the property as Kitchen Club Addition, Lot 1, Block A to develop a food establishment addressed as 13529 Bee Street.
DISCUSSION:
The final plat for Kitchen Club Addition, Lot 1, Block A was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 24, 2014 and is consistent with the Texas Local Government Code and the City's requirements for a re-plat and also consistent with the City's Core Value No.3; to provide strong, thriving commercial and residential neighborhoods through planning, land use, development, code enforcement, revitalization activities and programs.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Staff recommend final plat approval of Kitchen Club Addition, Lot 1, Block A.
