The applicant, JPI is proposing to develop a multifamily community containing 408 dwelling units on the 0.64-acre site along Simonton Road between Cambridge Concourse and Inwood Road. The property is located within Planned Development No. 80 (PD-80).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Detailed Site Plan as presented at this meeting.
