Consider accepting a $25,000 donation from Waste Management for Liberty Fest 2013 and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
Waste Management is the City's provider for residential sanitation services.  Waste Management has also been a sponsor of Liberty Fest 2011 and 2012.  
 
DISCUSSION:
Waste Management is once again sponsoring Liberty Fest with a $25,000 donation.    Mr. Joe Jaynes, representing Waste Management, is in attendance at tonight's meeting to present the $25,000 check to the City.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
City Administration recommends accepting the $25,000 donation from Waste Management for Liberty Fest 2013.
 
ACTIONS:
  1. Motion to accept the $25,000 donation from Waste Management.
  2. Motion to deny acceptance of the $25,000 donation from Waste Management.
  3. Motion to modify to meet the needs of the Council.
  4. Motion to table the issue for further study or take no action.
