DISCUSSION:
The following pending items are to be discussed:
1. Consider adding an at-large member of the City Council.
2. Discuss executive session usage and the prohibition of attending an executive session via web conference.
3. Consider adding a provision regarding penalties for Councilmembers who resign from office mid-term.
4. Consider the creation of a committee whose purpose would be to review transit-related concerns for the City, to be established in a similar fashion to the Charter Review Committee every six years.
