Conduct a public hearing, consider a request from Crafton Communications to amend a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for the placement of cellular communication antennas on the existing municipal water tower located at 3723 Valley View Lane, and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
AT&T would like to add three (3) additional antenna panels to the Farmers Branch Justice Center water tower. The antennas are proposed to be installed on the same type of mounts that support the existing nine (9) antennas on the tower. The site is located in the One Family Residence-2 (R-2) zoning district.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Specific Use Permit.
