BACKGROUND:
National Service Research market research firm was contracted in 2014 to conduct a citizen satisfaction survey. As in the past, surveys were mailed to 8,000 randomly selected homes and the survey was also made available online. Residents could also request a survey be mailed to them if they did not wish to complete the survey online. The survey was promoted through the City website, regular City publications and newsletters, and through mail notifications sent with resident water bills. Survey responses were collected via regular mail and the internet through a portion of October and November, 2014.
 
DISCUSSION:
National Service Research owner Andrea Thomas will present a summary of results from the 2014 Citizen Satisfaction Survey.
