The City Council will convene into closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (Consultation with Attorney) to seek legal advice to discuss with the City Attorney matters relating to disclosure of records relating to ethics complaints and matters in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
