Discuss Bird City and creating a subcommittee; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
The Board indicated at the February meeting that they would like to explore making the Bird City designation program a subcommittee of the Parks and Recreation Board. This subcommittee would further study the requirements for obtaining this designation and whether public and private support would be available for this effort.
This item is being added as an action item to allow the Board to designate members for the subcommittee.
