Consider appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission; Historical Preservation and Restoration Board, Parks and Recreation Board, and Senior Advisory Board; and take appropriate action.

BACKGROUND:
Planning and Zoning Consideration:
With the resignation of regular member Patrick Byrne on the Planning and Zoning Commission, a vacancy has been created. At the October 11, 2022 City Council meeting, the Council approved moving the Alternate 1 member to the regular member position, and moving Alternate 2 to the Alternate 1 position, leaving a vacancy with the Alternate 2 position.
The following item is being considered:
* Appoint eligible applicant to Alternate 2 position
A list of eligible applicants that have requested to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission are attached for consideration.
Prior to the Council meeting, biographical information and video interviews for the eligible applicants were forwarded to the City Council under separate attachment for consideration.
Historical Preservation and Restoration Board:
Currently, the Historical Preservation and Restoration Board has two (2) vacancies, Place 2 regular position, and an Alternate 2 position.
The following adjustment is being considered:
* Promote Ann Christman, Alternate 1 to Place 2 regular position.
* Consider appointment for Alternate 2 position
A vacancy remains on the Board for the Alternate 2 position. Currently the eligible applicant list has one applicant that has listed this board as their second choice of interest.
Parks and Recreation Board:
Currently, the Parks and Recreation Board has one (1) vacancy of a regular member position, Place 1.
The following adjustments are being considered:
* Promote Barbara Leedy, Alternate 1 to Place 2 regular position
* Promote David Reid, Alternate 2 to Alternate 1
