BACKGROUND:
On September 28, 2026 the Planning & Zoning Commission tabled their recommendation to City Council on the proposed update to Article 4.1 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO) pending further discussion. The purpose of this study session item is to allow for further discussion with staff on the proposed update to Article 4.1 of the CZO.
