This agenda item is being added at the request of Mayor Terry Lynne.
DISCUSSION:
A representative from the Masterplan Consultants is expected to be present to participate in the discussion and respond to any questions from Council. Staff have made multiple attempts to coordinate with the consultant in advance; however, as of the time of this agenda's release, staff have not received any information regarding the anticipated presentation content.
