BACKGROUND:
This will be Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Tim Scott's last City Council meeting.  Tim Scott has served on the Farmers Branch City Council since May, 2007.  During that time he also served as Deputy Mayor Pro Tem from 2009-2010 and 2012-present.
