Presentation and discussion regarding the IH-35E Phase 2 expansion project

BACKGROUND:
Ms. Lacey Rodgers, Director of Transportation Planning & Development from the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) Dallas District, will present a project update as it relates to the IH-35E Phase 2 expansion project.
The design schematic associated with the Phase 2 expansion was approved in 2010. Recently, property owners along the IH-35E frontage road have been contacted by appraisers on behalf of TXDOT for right-of-way acquisition related to the Phase 2 expansion.
